The Hikaru Patchin Band (Japanese: 光るパッチンバンド), meaning the "Shining Patchin Band" is a promotional-only yellow patchin band (wristband) featuring Time Surfer from Sanrio Timenet: Kako-Hen and Mirai-Hen. Only the first 1000 people could receive them for free via mail. Applicants were required to be owners of the original Summer 1999 pilot issue of Bouken Jikuu Timenet who also owned one of the games. It was required to fill out the survey postcard that came with the games as well; and send off the ticket which came with the manga.[1]
