The Hikaru Patchin Band (Japanese: 光るパッチンバンド) is a promotional-only yellow patchin band (wristband) featuring Time Surfer from Sanrio Timenet: Kako-Hen and Mirai-Hen. Only the first 1000 people could receive them for free via mail for owners of the original Summer 1999 pilot issue of Bouken Jikuu Timenet who also owned one of the games and filled out the survey postcard.^[1]
