Higetzura or Higezzura is a third-party pirate character from Bouken Jikuu Timenet, specifically act (chapter) 11; "Toki no Hashigo" o Sagashite. He is found on a pirate ship in the middle of the sea (a reference to the Pirate Ship in Sanrio Timenet), and has a very long and thick moustache and beard.
He is subject to an insensitive joke of him without his hood. Literally, his name is a play on "facial hair" (hige).
