Setsuko Tamura (Japanese: 田村セツコ), born 1938 in Japan is a Japanese illustrator who has produced many illustrations for girls in medium including Ribon and Nakayoshi.

She has been producing serialised essays for the Sanrio produced magazine The Strawberry News since 1975.
