Zalard is a villainous vulture from Hello Kitty no Mahou no Mori no Ohime-sama. He took over Guala Pond and stole the Gold Crown from Princess Flora (Sarah in the dub). He also had plans on conquering all of Evergreen Forest.
He is cold, believing that power is everything. Hello Kitty and Mimmy met him, and found that he has a Guala Lily birthmark (similar to Princess Flora and Prince Robin (Alexander in the dub)). It is revealed that he actually the kind Prince Robin, with his memory cleared and put under a spell by Guala.
