Haida is an Aggretsuko character.
Profile
Haida is a hyena with a very strong crush on Retsuko. He tries to win the attention of her, but unfortunately she is not really interested him in that way. After she goes on a date with Resasuke (and later Tadano), Haida is devastated and starts to feel really low; drinking alone and catching pneumonia in the cold after staying in the rain too long.
This lead to him having to go to hospital, where Retsuko visited him to see how he was doing. During this time, Retsuko tells Haida that she has since broke up with Resasuke, but politely rejects him as well. However, Haida still feels sad and when he heard about Tadano despite previously being a fan, felt like wanting to punch him.
To try to win Retsuko's heart as a girlfriend once again, when Retsuko was being targeted by a stalker, Haida stood up for her and saved her; and when she shut herself in in her parent's house, Haida understood but (perhaps thinking she can't stay in there forever) took her out to the karaoke bar to make her feel better and sing to her.
