Monsieur Bagarreur (translated as Mr. Crosspatch) is a Mr. Men character introduced in 1992 in France and Greece as part of the Mr. Men and Little Miss franchise, which is currently owned by THOIP, a subsidiary of Sanrio.
He was designed by Viviane Cohen, Evelyne Lallemand, and with Colette David as the illustrator.
