Penne is a Sanrio character introduced in 2009 based on a white cat, from the Nyokki & Penne universe.
Biography
Nyokki & Penne originally belonged to a chef in an Italian restaurant with a love for cats, but one day they left the restaurant and set off to explore the world alone.
Penne is the white cat and is female. She is younger than Nyokki but considered to be brighter than Nyokki.
