Ptera is a Sanrio character introduced in the 1990s. He/she is from the We Are Dinosaurs! universe. He/she is a blue pterodactyl with orange hands and feet.
Biography
Tiran, Tops, Ptera, Blacky and Stega are all described as healthy and funny dinosaurs.
Ptera is described negatively as being nosy or meddling and as a "timeserver".[1]
