U*Sa*Ha*Na[1] (or U・SA・HA・NA, Usahana), also known as Hana-chan is a Sanrio character introduced in 2001.
Biography
U*Sa*Ha*Na's birthday is August 7th. She is a healthy rabbit girl who loves Summer. She has long ears that are a little curved.
Her future dream is to become a ballet dancer.
Her height is three tulip flowers tall and her weight is a bunch of muscats.[2]
Her favourite flower is the sunflower and her favourite food is orange sherbet.
She lives on a small island surrounded by the sea.

Video and animation
U*Sa*Ha*Na had a short anime series called U*Sa*Ha*Na: Yumemiru Ballerina within Kitty's Paradise PLUS based on her school life. It was released on DVD.[3]
An educational DVD teaching numbers and shapes called U*Sa*Ha*Na no Magical Kazu to Katachi with animation, song and dance was released.[4]
Two others DVDs featuring U*Sa*Ha*Na include U*Sa*Ha*Na to Happy Birthday[5] and U*Sa*Ha*Na no Nijiiro no Party[6].
