The Penguin Gang are a crime syndicate in Hangyodon 007/2: The Case of Doctor Sunday, and are lead by Doctor Monday to commit crimes. Known as the most evil crime syndicate in the world, they are involved with the kidnapping of Kingyo-chan. They look similar to the Kobun.
