Sanrio Wiki has moved from ShoutWiki. Account creation is closed to prevent spam on a company typically seen in the West for its children's media. If you want an account here (or to activate your old ShoutWiki account here) it is suggested (though you have free will) get your parent/guardian's permission to use the Internet, and contact EvieMelody (X, formally Twitter) re: account creation or article requests.

Note: Sanrio Wiki is not official and is not run by Sanrio Co., Ltd. or related parties. This wiki uses some low resolution content (images, short sound clips) to describe articles, under fair use (for the purpose of illustrating and describing an article only). All rights are reserved by Sanrio and related parties.

Sometimes this wiki may be a little slow, other times it is faster. This is likely server related. On such days, you may want to stockpile edits offline for later.

Why does this exist???

Why do you have such a page if you're in the UK? Did the UK recently enact some law or something requiring you to comply with COPPA? Or did you/someone affiliated with the wiki move to the USA??? Also I think there may be some problem with adding a rating if you're not actually rated, altho I'm not a lawyer and don't know very much about the law.

And if the content of this wiki actually is regulated under COPPA, then you may have to delete my account as I am under 18.--TauDudeBlobber (talk) 08:19, 7 July 2024 (UTC)

Sorry for the so long reply Tau (I wasn't available and something sad happened to me too). So yes, most countries comply under COPPA whether from US or not. UK is one of them, but a country under war such as one that does not accept the United Nations umbrella as like a stereotype for fear of the Cold War e.g China or North Korea might be exempt. For this reason it's not black and white wherever you're from, but as you'rr a minor I'd personally remove personal information in case of a machine learning attack. Also yes, I may be requested too to take certain things down evebmn if it's true eventually. From EvieMelody ✿ 18:18, 26 July 2024 (UTC)
