The bones (Japanese: ホネ)[1] inside of the whale are obstacles in the video game Hello Kitty World (Famicom), derived from the same ones from Nintendo's Balloon Kid. The bones appear in Stage 4 on the ceiling or on the floor, and harm Hello Kitty if touched.

In the manual, they are grouped with the icicle and spiky rock.

Some of the whale teeth are broken, and some drop when approached. They harm Hello Kitty if touched.
