Horacio (Brazilian: Horácio) is the main character of Horacio's World; a Brazilian Monica's Gang comic strip, created in 1961. Horacio has been promoted by Sanrio of Japan for a long time, specifically in The Strawberry News since 1975-, however was later revived in the December 10, 2016 issue.
