Lullaby Lovables is a Sanrio universe, introduced in 1977.

Profile

It features two toddler angels with blonde hair, known as Winky and Winkle. The boy wears gingham blue and the girl wears pink. They can also be seen next to a teddy bear (simply known as Teddy) with a blue hat with a star on it.

They spend their time singing and reading books.

This character has an alternative possibly older color design, which also shows with the boy without freckles. [1]
