Oto-hime-sama is a character from Tābō no Ryūgū-sei; a Sanrio animation starring Minna no Tābō loosely based on the Japanese fairy tale Urashima Tarō but themed on outer space. Oto-hime-sama is based on princess Oto-hime from that story. She is voiced by Yuko Mita.
