Minna no Tābō also known in short as Tabo is a Sanrio character introduced in 1984.
Biography
Minna no Tābō is a cheerful and honest young boy whose birthday is May 5th (Children's Day). He eats birthday cake and Kashiwa rice cakes every year. He loves his little brother Makun.
He has a spirit to never give up trying when he makes mistakes.[1] He is good at sports, in particular swimming, but he does not like green peppers or tongue twisters.
He won first prize in "A Contest to Remember" for singing his "Go for it, Tabo!" manifesto song.[2]
His blood type is a "mystery".[3]

- Tābō is the protagonist of the 1994 Sanrio Video Tābō no Ryūgū-sei, based on the Japanese fairy tale Urashima Tarō but themed on outer space.
