TimeTown0 Banchi, meaning TimeTown0 Address is an original song posted on November 27 2013 on Niconico[1], but according to the original Niconico video, the author collt was influenced by Sanrio Timenet: Kako-Hen and Mirai-Hen around that time. The name itself then may be an allusion to those games.
It uses an utau Migo Hinon for the lyrics, though Utaeru would recreate it using their own Utau called Noemi Akiyama / 秋山ノエミ with a French accent.[2]
The original song's Niconico video shows a girl in a town or city with various buildings, with a jacket with "K" on it (maybe for Kitty?). Curiously there is a gate with a turtle-like creature on the ground nearby.
