1UP Heart (Hello Kitty World, Famicom)
The 1UP Heart (Japanese: 1UPハート[1]) is an object in Hello Kitty World (Famicom), which gives Hello Kitty an extra life. It can appear as a prize for collecting all balloons from the Bonus Stage. This object is based on the one from Nintendo's Balloon Kid and Balloon Fight GB.
