Baku is a Sanrio character introduced in 2005, from the My Melody universe and specifically the Baku universe.
Biography
Baku appears as a purple tapir and has the ability to fly. He is a loyal henchman to Kuromi. His birthday is on February 29th. Baku and Kuromi first met each other at a beach in Mariland.
Baku likes to eat takoyaki and yakitori. Additionally he loves enka (Japanese ballad) and popular songs.[1]
