The Chelsea Stripes are Sanrio characters, introduced in 1980.
Profile
The Chelsea Stripes are two fairies with striped clothing. One has light blue clothes, while the other one has pink clothes. They also both long pointed hats with a heart at their tips (both blue/red). They may also wear blue/red boots and be holding a balloon. They appear at twilight on Chelsea Street (possibly the London (England) location).
