Chi Chai Monchan is a Sanrio character, introduced in 2004.
Profile
A pink cartoon monkey with two solid black eyes, a straight pointed up smile, orange cheeks, who may also be depicted with a banana on his head. He is tiny and his "charm point" is his swirly purple tail. His favourite foods are bananas and cherries. The shade of pink in the pictured artwork (right) portrays him in a salmon colour, but he can also be seen in a mid-light shade of magenta. The Funko Pop! figure is also a deep pink.
Merchandise
Chi Chai Monchan had a bright pink/magenta plush toy depicting him with a flower shirt. More recently in 2012, he got a Funko Pop!; Funko Pop! Vinyl: Sanrio - Chi Chai Monchan #07.
