Chie is a Sanrio character and member of the Rururugakuen. She loves the theatre and posh things. In her Japanese Sanrio profile, she is described as being fond of Takarazuka. This is a possible reference to the real-world Takarazuka Revue.
In her artwork, she may be depicted with her eyes half-shut.
