Chiruchiru is a character from the Creamy Afternoon universe.
Profile
Chiruchiru is a fairy who appears whenever tea is being poured into a teacup. The fairy is very talkative and can be annoying, and likes to put sugar in black coffee. A narrative on the official Japanese Sanrio character directory also alludes to someone (maybe the writer) that they actually like talking and sweet Café Au Lait, and that Chiruchiru may bring out their true self.
