Nintendo DSi
The Nintendo DSi (Japanese: ニンテンドーDSi) is a video game console produced by Nintendo.
It is part of the seventh generation of video game consoles.
It was released on November 1, 2008 in Japan, April 2 2009 in Australia, April 3 2009 in Europe and April 5 2009 in North America.
It is a newer version of the Nintendo DS featuring improved Internet functionality, a digital camera and access to the Nintendo DSi Shop, but it removed the support for Game Boy Advance games. Some digital games exclusive to the Nintendo DSi Shop are known as DSiWare. A lot of the DSiWare is also available on Nintendo 3DS eShop.
There is a larger version of the Nintendo DSi, known as the Nintendo DSi LL in Japan.
