Ganguro (from 顔黒, blackening (of the body)) is a Sanrio character based on a burnt-out version of Gudetama. Their name is from 顔黒, and Ganguro also expresses a Japanese fashion trend of darkened skin.
This character does not currently appear in the official Japanese Sanrio character directory.
