Hazushippo is a Sanrio universe based on dogs. "Hazushippo" may translate to "have tails" or "there have to be tails" in English. The Hazushippo appear in the 1992 book Sanrio Character Mini Zukan (Sanrio Character Mini Picture Book) but the decade they were introduced is unknown.[1]
