Little Fifi is one of Hello Kitty's good friends and "the best of friends under the sea", depicted as a happy orange goldfish. They are kept in a fish bowl as Hello Kitty's pet, but in the song My Little Fish, are depicted going on adventures together like playing in a cup of tea, riding an underwater bike, or sitting next to Hello Kitty on a rooftop underwater. However, it is possible these are part of Hello Kitty's imaginations, as scenes based on imagination is a trope in Sanrio animation before, like she has with Mimmy in Hello Kitty's Paradise.
Little Fifi appeared in the The Adventures of Hello Kitty & Friends episode A Fish Story, in which the other fish were sold at the pet shop, except for Little Fifi, because he was seen as slower and weaker than the other fish. However, Little Fifi caught Hello Kitty's heart. He was very sad at first, until Hello Kitty upgraded the size of his fish bowl, and (after Dear Daniel's advice) introduced him to other fish friends (also resembling her own Sanrio friends).
