Hello Kitty no Dream Passport 2 was a pack-in software for the special edition Hello Kitty Dreamcast, along with the game Hello Kitty no Garden Panic. More strictly it is software, and is a successor to earlier games in Sega's unbranded Dream Passport series, hence the "2" numbering.
It is an Internet portal for the Dreamcast and featured support for making email and using an IRC chat. This connection was wired, and required a keyboard.
A similar software with a different branding is Sakura Wars Dream Passport 3, for the Sakura Wars Dreamcast.[2]
