Mr. Greedy is a Mr. Men character introduced in 1971 as part of the Mr. Men and Little Miss franchise, which is currently owned by THOIP, a subsidiary of Sanrio.
Biography
Mr. Greedy appears as a large pink creature with an oversized belly. He loves to eat and became fatter and fatter and gradually more hungry because of his habit.
In the Mr. Greedy book he found himself into the room of a giant and began to ate his food. A giant noticed him and made him eat all of his food as a punishment, and this made Mr. Greedy feel ill. Since then Mr. Greedy has decided to keep a promise of "never being greedy again" and lost weight.
