The favicon is an icon displayed on the tab/window of a web page. The favicon on the old ShoutWiki site was also located at File:Favicon.ico. Technical work had to be made to port it; hence File:Favicon.ico will now note that the file does not exist. [[File:HK.png]] is a also an approximation of the favicon, but is in a .png format; not .ico. Note the proportions at HK.png currently are poor, and as of writing not transparent yet.
