Sanrio Wiki has moved from ShoutWiki. Account creation is closed to prevent spam on a company typically seen in the West for its children's media. If you want an account here (or to activate your old ShoutWiki account here) it is suggested (though you have free will) get your parent/guardian's permission to use the Internet, and contact EvieMelody (X, formally Twitter) re: account creation or article requests.

Note: Sanrio Wiki is not official and is not run by Sanrio Co., Ltd. or related parties. This wiki uses some low resolution content (images, short sound clips) to describe articles, under fair use (for the purpose of illustrating and describing an article only). All rights are reserved by Sanrio and related parties.

Sometimes this wiki may be a little slow, other times it is faster. This is likely server related. On such days, you may want to stockpile edits offline for later.

Sanrio Wiki:Merchandise price policy

Policy
These Are Sanrio Secrets book.png This page explains one or more Sanrio Wiki policies, guidelines and/or projects.

On Sanrio Wiki, the current policy is to avoid mentioning prices for articles about merchandise products, though it is permissable. While the original maker or publisher of a product may list an official price or recommended retail price (RRP); the prices are subject to change over time, and the actual sell price may vary based on a future distributing retailer/store.

This policy may be reconsidered in the future; if there is a plan to clarify these details and provide a RRP price template (including the actual prices sold by stores if applicable on a case by case basis). This may be further in the wiki's future when the wiki has ~10,000 merchandise articles rather than only ~1300.

Sometimes a RRP may have a notice, indicating that taxation is included in the price. A listed price should not pertain to an unlicensed (unofficial) or second-hand seller.
