Sanrio Wiki:Users
Users are normally the default group for non-IP accounts on Sanrio Wiki. When an account is registered through the link to create a new account on the top-right corner of the page, it becomes a user.
Users and IP accounts can perform the basic actions on a wiki, such as browsing and editing non-protected pages. An advantage to making an account is that it can be given a username for identification, and edits can be made from a different IP address and attributed to that user.
An offending user or spammer can however be blocked, along with any IP addresses used with it.
