Shirirapper is a Sanrio universe introduced in 2013.
Profile
The characters are bottom (尻/おしり) shaped vegetable fairies, including a pepper, onion and possibly a potato. They are friends of humans and have a magical hula hoop that falls from the sky, connecting their world and the human world. Whenever they hear a human reaching out for help, the Shirirapper start dancing with the hoop, healing their sadness.
