Shogakukan Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社小学館, Kabushiki gaisha Shōgakukan) is a large Japanese company that publishes media such as books, manga, literature, DVDs and dictionaries. This includes media related to Sanrio.
In the United States, Shogakukan and Shueisha own rights to the manga, animation, entertainment company Viz Media.
