TOSE
TOSE (Japanese: 株式会社トーセ, originally spun-off from Toa Seiko), also known as TOSE Software is a video game development/support company. Nicknamed as a "ghost developer" (as they usually outsource their name away to other developers), they have assisted or worked on countless video games.
This includes Sanrio-related titles, such as Sanrio Timenet: Kako-Hen and Mirai-Hen which are believed to have been contributed to by TOSE, based on blurry images of them in a 2001 corporate guide, as pointed out by the GDRI fan game research community.
