This was in a document for the press release in The Suffering: Ties That Bind + Hello Kitty: Roller Rescue: Asset Disc. There are of course very likely cheat lists on other websites as well and I only completed both the game and new game+ casually a long time ago. However, I won't add these yet until I wipe my GameCube memory card and verify them (if all of them work in the GameCube version as it was multi-platform, and because it was a press release in case anything had changed).
