Uukun is a character from the Osaru no Monkichi universe.

He is a monkey boy, born on February 1st. He is relaxed, carefree, or easy-going, and can pull a poker-face, but his weakness is arithmetic. His hobbies include daydreaming and zoning out. In his daydreams, he invents crazy adventures where he is always the hero. His name may be from "Ū!" (うー); a monkey sound, and the Japanese honorific -kun.
