Weemarylou is a Sanrio universe, introduced in 1980.
Profile
A girl with white hair and a yellow shirt who loves ribbons, with a large ribbon on her back, resembling wings. She can be seen in artwork touching a smaller ribbon fairy character like her, with antennas. Both can be seen holding a small blue ribbon. They can also be seen together with a white puppy.
