Bikkuri Panda' is a character attributed to Sanrio introduced in 1993. he appear in Donragon which was part of a television series for children known as Daisuki! Hello Kitty.
Biography
Bikkuri Panda is a small black and white panda wearing an orange jacket with large 'surprised' eyes from the artwork for the CD single Boku da yo Donragon!/Minna ni Ichiban. Bikkuri Panda gets surprised when Madonra-chan powers up Donragon.
