Bikkuri Panda (literally Surprised Panda) is a character attributed to Sanrio introduced in 1993. They appear in Donragon which was part of a television series for children known as Daisuki! Hello Kitty.
Biography
Bikkuri Panda may be the small black and white panda wearing an orange jacket with large 'surprised' eyes from the artwork for the CD single Boku da yo Donragon!/Minna ni Ichiban. Bikkuri Panda gets surprised when Madonra-chan powers up Donragon.
