Jo-ou is an Onegai My Melody character, and the queen of Mariland.
She is a blue elephant who wears red regal clothes and a red and yellow crown with jewels on it.
She hates it if she has any suspicion the king is being unfaithful or cheating on her.
The king and queen have a prime minister, known as Dorian.
