Ou-sama is an Onegai My Melody character, and the king of Mariland.
He is a blue elephant possibly based on Zou. He wears red regal clothes and a red and yellow crown with jewels on it.
Although he is a king, he is quite irresponsible, and women/girls seem to charm him much to the disdain of his wife. Not only this, but he initiates flirting with them.
The king and queen have a prime minister, known as Dorian.
