Lucinda Karstedt is a person.
Relevance to Sanrio
She assisted Big Top Productions in the production of their Hello Kitty games (contained in Hello Kitty Big Fun Deluxe), working with the animators and programmers. She appears in the special thanks of the staff credits.
Specifically, Lucinda requested that a three year old should be able to play the games, that they should be fun, and that they should cover educational disciplines with solid learning methods.[1]
