The Magical Twin Comets are Sanrio characters introduced in 2007 or earlier and friends of the Little Twin Stars.
Profile
They are two witch girls known as Lili and Lulu who run a magic/good luck charm shop.[1] Their names were formally Titi and Lulu.[2] They use a special spell to make everyone's wishes come true.[3]
