Poyon is a character from Tābō no Ryūgū-sei; a Sanrio animation starring Minna no Tābō loosely based on the Japanese fairy tale Urashima Tarō but themed on outer space. Poyon is voiced by Mie Suzuki.
Poyon is a cute yellow blob character Tābō befriends, with a very long tongue.
