Robbie is the boss of Stage 4 (Whale) in Hello Kitty World (Famicom). They are a lobster, crayfish, or shrimp like creature that jumps in and out of the water, from one side to the other. Hello Kitty must first fall on its head and then bounce back to a platform safely in order to defeat it.
Robbie is actually a rebranded version of the equivalent boss from Balloon Kid; a game that was not released outside of Japan until its release as an upgraded game called Balloon Fight GB, though their official name in Balloon Fight GB is unknown and could also be Robbie.
