Bibble (Teak in the Japanese version) is a character from Sea Prince and the Fire Child. He admires Sirius the King of the Sea and can often be found playing with him. He enjoys activities like catching jellyfish.
After Sirius was imprisoned for being with Malta the Fire Princess and entering the Forbidden Zone, Bibble tried to rescue him.
