Prince Sirius is one of the main characters of Sea Prince and the Fire Child. He was trusted by Oceanus as the King of the Sea and wearer of the Eye of Algaroc, making Mugwug jealous. In the story, Sirius and Malta the Fire Child fall in love at the Forbidden Zone (a place where Algaroc can be found), transgressing Oceanus' promise with Sirius not to enter it, and also that the Fire Clan cannot mix with the Water Clan.
Prince Sirius learned from Aristurtle that Oceanus and Hyperia were once good friends and siblings, and that Malta is the daughter of Hyperia. The reason why they fell out is because Algaroc tricked them. When Algaroc spread lies about them, they felt betrayed and fell out, so the Great God became angry with Algaroc, took out his eyeball (the source of his power) and sent him to the bottom of the sea.
