The Black Cloak is a villain from Bouken Jikuu Timenet, and a transformation of Rina.
Profile
He is the manga adaption of Zakki, and tries to conquer Timenet. The Black Cloak was originally the female Rina, but transformed into the black cloak and destroyed the Pillar of Time. He has a bear pendant.
The Black Cloak seduced Tōru and his friends.
The November 1999-January 2000 issues of Shogaku Gonensei and October 1999 issue of Shogaku Rokunensei contain chapters for the manga in which Lina disguised as a human appears instead, but the bear pendant obscures her face.[1]
